With more and more people engaging in open online courses the possibility of cheating in the tests, quizzes and exams can’t be ignored longer. But there is a solution even to this problem, says NY Times:  New Technologies Aim to Foil Online Course Cheating – NYTimes.com.

Digitale Artefakte als Hausaufgabe #edcmooc

Als letzte „Hausaufgabe“ für den E-Learning und Digital Cultures Kurs sollten wir ein Digitales Artefakt erstellen, in dem wir präsentieren was wir persönlich aus dem Kurs gelernt haben. Dieses Artefakt darf alle möglichen Formate haben, es muss nur möglich sein, es im Internet zu sehen. Das war schon etwas seltsam, als Hausaufgabe einen Link einzureichen. Aber hinter jedem Link steckt viel Arbeit, also gibt es nichts wofür man sich schämen müsste. Es ist unmöglich, Euch alle Artefakte zu zeigen, weil dieser Kurs unheimlich produktiv war. Wir sind überall im Internet! Stattdessen will ich ein paar Beispiele für die verschiedenen Tools geben, weil ich sowieso ein paar ganz nützliche Seiten vorstellen möchte, die sowohl zum Lernen / Lehren als auch beruflich (Präsentationen etc.) eine Hilfe sein können.

As a last assignment for the E-Learning and Digital Cultures Course we were supposed to produce a digital artefact in which we should present what we have learned out of the course. This Artefact was allowed in all formats, it should only be accessible in the internet. It is a strange feeling when you submit your homework and just copy in a link. On the other hand, behind each link there is a lot of work, so there is nothing to be ashamed of.  It is impossible to show you ALL the artefacts as this course has been very productive. We are everywhere in the internet. I would rather

No worries, this not another apocalypse prognosis. But this weekend the E-Learning and Digital Cultures Course will end. So, can we just return to our offline lives? I do not htink so. Here is the link to a goanimate film about the end of EDCMOOC I made reflecting on those questions.

Keine Sorge, das ist keine Weltuntergangs-Prognose. Aber dieses Wochenende beendet auch den E-Learning and Digital Cultures Kurs.Wie geht es weiter? Kann man danach einfach offline weiterleben? Wahrscheinlich nicht. Meine Gedanken dazu habe ich in diesem goanimate Film über das Ende des EDCMOOC visualisiert.

Während sich der E-Learning and Digital Cultures Kurs in der letzten Woche noch hauptsächlich dem Humanismus gewidmet hat, ging es diese Woche schwerpunktmäßig um posthumane Aspekte.
